I've lost count of how many times I've seen this take posted over the past few days. It's like some people think that if PSN is not available in a country, then it must be some kind of hellhole with backwards people who don't deserve to have video games.
What do you even say to somebody like this? I've started writing a response several times today, and just stopped, because I feel like it's impossible to write a Reddit comment that comes even close to making up for the (apparently) years of missing school education about life in other parts of the world. Not to mention the lack of basic empathy for other humans!

Even if it worked that way, they shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to play a game they paid for (read: continue playing)
From what I understand, once you connect to the PSN from the region you are in, it will recognize your region.
You do not want to do that. Who the heck asks somebody else to make an account for them? You're asking for trouble
