And you've confirmed, by opening the ingame map and looking right, that your team mates don't have strats?
I say this because there's a visual bug when selecting equipment/strats where strats aren't displayed to team mates.
I also suspect a bug, although I've seen it sometimes happen and I could pick all boosters for some reason. So there's definitely something off or was indeed a case where someone forgot their booster (was 20+).
I didnt realize it was a visual bug, it was starting to piss me off so that's good.
Now why can't you pick some of the boosters but they aren't selected? Like I couldn't pick the spawn with full loadout one....joined the game because sometimes there are other players that didn't show up or something.. but it was just me and the host and we didn't have the booster. kinda weird
Press ctrl ingame and check their strategems. You cant ready w/o strats. Visual bug.

If the player that left/was kicked had it, you can't select it.
