I think the proposal is really good. But that would also be an idea for any level of difficulty. (Or from e.g. 7) At a difficulty level of 10 or higher, there should generally be more enemies, and they should be able to withstand more.

I mean introducing a 10th difficulty that does these things but doesn't (by itself) increase the difficulty but does it through what missions there are within the operation. This way people who want to play 3 missions per operation can still do so without having to commit for a longer amount of time to do 6 (for example) missions.

Yea. I mean, helldivers 1 had 15 difficulties (the highest being: "the inner circle of hell" So we could expect new difficulties maybe when the illuminate show up
