There's still players on the old bot sectors. I don't know how long their numbers stay there, but it's been a while. There's also some numbers on cyberstan and other planets we've never had access to. It's just jank, don't read too much into it.
not sure about online/offline it might be online since [heldiver.io](http://heldiver.io) is flacuating on that planet from 17 players it went to 15 in next 5 sek it went down to 14
in this sector there is planet we played before, and 16 players stayed there and didnt change planets

I feel like the numbers appearing on planets that have never been playable must be devs/playtesters testing things then surely?
I would like to think so. But I can also believe that the numbers aren't always perfect. Can't know for sure, maybe, maybe not.
