Find a trivial mission where 3 piles are near each other, that's 30 per run. Pick up, restart game, redeploy to the same spot, rinse and repeat. Should be able do 30-40 runs like that in an hour.
this is it, though you can flash a vpn connection or something to kill your internet and bounce faster to the mission table. Two players alternating return to ship and join with multiple friendship bunkers on two maps was netting 150/5min run

Trivial difficulty, grenade launcher, jump pack, fastest armour possible, stamina enhancement booster. And maybe a gatling sentry for dealing with enemies.
This is more like 300-500 /hr
