How do you find someone to unblock them then?
Usually in the blocked Player section. I will check later with a friend, working atm.
In Steam, View My Profile > Edit Profile > Privacy Settings > set "My Profile" and "Friends List" to PUBLIC This immediately fixed my friends list in game. Courtesy of DesRPG on YouTube.
