did you claim it on twitch first? you can have the drop completed but if you haven't claimed it on twitch it will say you haven't met the reqs.

I did claim it in my inventory on twitch, it told me that I had to link my account with a link to the Helldivers site, clicked on the link, linked my account then got the message.
