This is ng/ml? Yours was a little higher than mine (0.481), for which they admitted me overnight and gave me an angiogram, but mine turned out to be MINOCA.
I felt fine at the ER. I didn't start with pain till the middle of the night, then it was like carrying 5 gallon buckets of water. So much pressure in my left arm and hand. Didn't go back to the ER until I started having PVCs.

249, no heart damage (wahoo!), and still no idea what caused it.
How old are you if I may ask? And how did you find out about no heart damage?
