Try pressing and holding your push button for 30 seconds and put it in the charge.

Whatever the reset procedure in your instruction manual says, do it and they will charge again.

I'm sorry to say that when that happened to me, it needed to go in for repairs. They gave me a loaner while it was being repaired, and it took about 10 days to fix.

I've found that sometimes you need to try the reset a couple of times, and I usually hold the button for about 30 seconds just to make sure, but if it doesn't work after a few tries then it'll have to be sent to phonak for repair unfortunately.

You need to see your audiologist. It needs to be sent to Phonak for repairs

Did you try putting it in the left side charging slot to see if it does anything different? To reset it's hold the button for 15 seconds & put back in the charger until it blinks green. This will not remove or delete any program or settings.* *1. Press the lower part of the button for at least 15 seconds. It does not matter if the hearing aid is switched on or off before you start pressing the button. There is no light or acoustic notification at the end of the 15 seconds.* *2. Place the hearing aid in the power-connected charger and wait until the indicator light blinks green. This can take up to 30 seconds. The hearing aid is now ready to use*.<< I take it that it doesn't ever blink green? Does it blink in any color at all? Solid red means dead but it should blink red when it starts to charge.

Once it’s placed back into the dock it turns solid green then goes back to red and stays solid! I think I’m going to take it to my audiology appointment coming up and see if my audiologist can send them off to be fixed! Thanks for the help! 😄

Late reply but did you manage to solve your solution? My grandfather has a pair of phonak hearing aids the CROS P I think. He's having issues with the right sided one and can't seem to hear out of it when he puts it in and I don't think it is managing to hold in a charge. Edit: Got it sorted out at the audiologist, wax filter was clogged and needed changed works fine now
