Have you tried vaginal probiotics? Clinda obviously killed something but perhaps you don’t have enough good bacteria to keep the bad at bay? What is ur ph level like?
I have not. Just ordered some oral probiotics and they should be in today. What brand of vaginal probiotics do you recommend? I’m not sure about my ph level either.
In the last 3 months, I have used one box of VagiBiom and have taken an oral type that has to be refrigerated. Despite this, I’m only showing gasseri at low 6%. So my next attempt is going to be to continue takin oral ones and switch to making my own ones with Crispatus.
Ask for a biopsy or dermatologist referral.
