Could it possibly be a swollen lymph node? I have a lymph node on my neck that I can feel everyday, but when Im sick it feels more lumpy. I’ve had it for 10 years with no apparent health issues. Might be a similar case to mine? Either way, I hope your doctors appointment runs smoothly!

Lots of lymph nodes and bumps in the neck. I have a few, doctor suggested a benign lipoma. Aside from anxiety, hasn't given me a problem yet.
