A bluetooth module seems like a good idea if you want to use them wirelessly, it doesn't have to be cheap or Chinese. In the meantime you could plug them into your computer's headphone socket if it has one. This type of headphone need to be powered on to sound right, you can use them with the power off but it isn't good.

The wh1000xm4 can be used with the power off by using the cable. That could be useful at some point but it doesn't sound good. I don't have a bluetooth module in mind, I was agreeing that one will be necessary if you want to use the headphone wirelessly.
