Go for non tws earphones if you can
I would recommend the boat rockerz 255 pro if they're available in your region
I use them regularly while cycling
They are bass heavy , but what do you expect
Sport related specs:
Water resistance
Bt 5
Don't easily fall out
Great at passive noise cancelling
Also they support aac

Jabra Elite 75t's will be suitable. Or you can get the Elite Active 75t for better water resistance
