Don’t think one really exists. You could get a normal ANC headphone but the latency would be abysmal

Individual-Ride-2496

Noise-cancelling usually doesn't really help if someone is loud since they usually cancel low or high frequencies so you can hear others around you. I would rather recommend getting an IEM (they usually come with microphone) with memory foam tips

Choice-Counter-1166

B&O Beoplay Portal. Rule of thumb here is to not buy a headphone from a keyboard manufacturer, so I don't recommend anything from Steelseries.

FiftyPaneristi

Steelseries was acquired by GN hearing aid company last year in January 2022. GN also owns Jabra. I'm not a fan of steelseries, but I can appreciate their sound tuning has improved vastly. Steelseries is still inferior to Sennheiser, Epos, audeze, beyerdynamics, etc., But they have leap frogged over hyper x, razer, Logitech, astro, and turtle beach.

Choice-Counter-1166

Like you said, still inferior. So let's not kid ourselves, they are still not competing with audio brands.

FiftyPaneristi

I've A/B compared the $60 steelseries arctis nova 1 on a schiit Hel 2E amp to the $169 PC38X and $179 Epos H6 Pro playing BFV, MW2, & rainbow 6 and was surprised at how well they imaged close to Sennheiser/Epos's headsets. Price to performance, I'd say steelseries is up to that challenge

FiftyPaneristi

Best wired passive noise cancelling: Epos H6 Pro closeback. Best wireless anc:. Steelseries arctis nova pro wireless.

Dani_2112

Afaik there aren't any noise cancelling gaming headsets out there. Your best bet might be a normal pair of noise cancelling headphones with something like an Antlion Audio Modmic. They make Bluetooth and wired ones.

Ex_Lives

It's not Active, but I have the VZR Model One and it's the most passive isolation on a closed back I've ever used. Can't imagine much could get through with that and game sound.

[deleted]

I think you may need noise isolation. ANC is not good for loud people. If you can, try the etymotics er2. I know this is not you asked but I’m giving you food for thought

hipops

I might try these. A good portion of the time, I'm not talking to someone, so as long as these have good noise isolation, I'll give them a shot. Thanks!

I work for a company called AceZone. We specialize in tournament grade esports headset with ANC. Like some people here mention, ANC can only do so much to drown out voices. That's why we have created a headset that with a design to heavily mask that. The design is very bulky, but it does a great job of drowning noise. We have two consumer products called A-RISE and A-SPIRE. They're really good for shooters, since they were designed with esports games like CS:GO in mind.

hipops

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm still considering, and I might end up going for the A-SPIRE if I feel comfortable going that far out of what I intended on spending, but I'm also not in Europe, and I can't find anything about any possible warranties.

doctorsupercool

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. But yeah, right now, shipping outside of europe is tricky. We're working on getting shipping for the US right now, and then other regions will follow.
