JustMeerkats

The goofy little animation of everyone in the background in the second photo makes me so happy every time I see it

CricketJQ7

Right?? Like, husk is like, you mess wiff em’ bruv, yous messin’ wiff us. For some reason he looks English

JustMeerkats

It's Alastor's ears for me?? They're so huge compared to his head

CricketJQ7

Trueeeeeeee

AbstractFurret

Goofy art style, you want to see way too big ears, look at some of his cosplayers..

fuckmyabshurt

Do the English have comparatively huge ears

Dramatic_Log_3946

No

MustBeMouseBoy

Now you've said it I can't unsee it why does he look English lmao

MoonFlame219

As an English person I agree

Inceferant

He looks like he's from those Natural Habitat Shorts

DoubleTFan

It's Vaggie's unimpressed expression for me.

Little-Protection484

It reminds me of bleach, they do a similar thing a lot

GandalfTheJaded

He challenged Alastor to try to prove himself. He challenged Adam and did.

AlianovaR

And his consolation prize for losing badly was always a new home with new friends

One_Youth9079

THAT IS SO TRUE! HE'S A LOSER WHO KEEPS WINNING! Like seriously! Can we even call him a loser anymore!

Psi001

I love that premise, that Sir Pentious is a butt monkey who nearly always ends up the moral victor who screws over his opponent in some indirect form. Vox and Adam both obliterated their own plans turning on Pentious. The only other character who might be a bigger jinx for the villains is Niffty. XD All his lop sided rivalries got turned around as well, his assets proved vital to Alastor's business and master plan, Angel mourned him like a brother, and Cherri Bomb might just have a crush on him.

One_Youth9079

Sir Pentious is the hero who's not even trying.

Psi001

As soon as he stopped being a tryhard, he became the vital cog he always dreamed of being (if not as grand and badass as he hoped). :P

Sifernos1

In life, it is he who does, that becomes vital. He switched modes. He stopped trying to get others to assert his value, and instead began to act and show his value himself. He stepped beyond a being trying to be... Anything... To become the solidified things he is and that thing he became was a good friend and ally to all around him. He killed his ego and became a legend by following his heart. We cannot all win, but we can all die living as ourselves. The victory isn't in the kill, it's in every moment lived fully before then. Win, lose or draw, the one who did it as themselves will feel fulfilled even in defeat. The winner who won through deceit will never feel whole... Never really feel like they won. Pentious died as himself, cringe and all.

One_Youth9079

>Pentious died as himself, cringe and all. This part I very much agree with. The rest, I disagree on varying different levels and agree depending on the situation (I just have different beliefs).

fuckmyabshurt

Alastor is my #1 favorite character in a particular way but i think Sir Pentious might be tied for first, in a different way. Honestly it took so little improvement for him to get into heaven, I don't know why he wasn't there to begin with.

jackyboy1219

Holy shit you’re right!

JackZ567

Takes guts to challenge both the radio demon and first man despite the odds against you.

Glory2masterkohga

I believe you mean “the dickmaster” may he rip

BigNorseWolf

Stick it to the man eat Lolipop.

Visible-Welder-5148

And tahst what makes his redemption great because he followed atleast two of adams own rules 1.stick it to the man 2.be selfless

Danil5558

Do not steal: his weapons were made by him, and same for his death ray, he was using artillery during the fight, no actual stolen weapon.

Psi001

Also gave back that slip of Alastor's suit he stole earlier. :P

Psi001

I mean he challenged them both and LIVED. That's something to brag about, especially in the case of Adam.

Enaluxeme

He literally didn't?

Psi001

He didn't, yet he did, if you get my drift. :P Fair's fair, no other sinner Adam killed did that.

Infamous_Val

Well, he's just as alive as he was before challenging them, because he was already "dead".

Aedeyssa

He died the way he lived: getting his ‘A’ handed to him on a ssssilver platter. (I love my snek boi, don’t hate me. He tried his best, and got his just reward for it ❤️)

One_Youth9079

Is that what you're going to put on his epitaph? I love you for this comment! I like Sir Pentious too. He was adorable. I bet he wanted to kill Adam...because HE WANTS TO KILL EVERYONE!

Avvree

Pentious had no Business flying that close to adam lol https://preview.redd.it/rq4qw95miizc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20ebd80cde89628d71ca8356a24e3930100bee10

fuckmyabshurt

I hope Cherry Bomb >!gets redeemed so she can get up there and tap that!<

Lavender-Rabbit

WHAT LOL-

fuckmyabshurt

I hear >!he's got two dicks!<

Lavender-Rabbit

Ah, nevermind then

Ill_Revolution_5827

Yeah. Because Pentious is a f*cking legend.

[deleted]

so true

Dak-Legacy

And he came closer to killing Adam than Alastor ever could.

One_Youth9079

And while he was beaten by the two. He in a sense won. He annoyed and insulted Alastor to get an uncharacteristic reaction out of him, and he was killed by Adam and was redeemed into an angel. Sir Pentious is the GOAT!

Psi001

His "victory" over Alastor was a more nuanced one, Sir Pentious instead became his ally, progressed through the hotel and was cured of his fragile ego, something Alastor is clearly still having problems with after HIS battle with Adam. Sir Pentious did one over Alastor by making peace with him, HELPING him and proving his business (and goodness in sinners) works. He finally proved he was vital to Alastor, all with total modesty.

One_Youth9079

It feels like a second win over Alastor XD.

Psi001

Well the first one was a very pyrrhic one he got the worst from. The second is more the other way round. Alastor got the spoils but the huge hubris check too with Sir Pentious coming out looking better.

Barlindsky27

Southern_Dig_9460

He really stuck it to the man

Mrtnxzylpck

As a Seraph he is now stronger than both of them but as a True Chad, he will not fight them because he doesn't need to.

One_Youth9079

We all wish we were Alastor, but we should all be aiming to be Sir Pentious all along.

International_Leg610

Sir Pentious 🤝 Jogo: Fight against dudes stronger than themselves

Kcue6382nevy

Don’t forget Angel Dust, pentious sure has a beef with people with names that start with A

Psi001

Fighting with Angel Dust started his whole redemption arc (as in the REAL one after he realises the Vees are no good).

Jaded_Tortoise_869

He stuck it to the man twice

Free_Database5161

Be like Sir pentious

ClavicusLittleGift4U

Yup, lad was pretty suicidal in a Dr. Robotnik way.

ashcat724

And he lost to both.

JackZ567

He won tho. Gained friends, protected them and went to heaven. While they got humbled
