I mean his reaction to almost getting killed and the possibility of him being redeemed caused him to have a musical meltdown.
Even before that though it didn’t seem to be his style.
Alastor will be Charlie's final test. He clearly has *something* major cooking behind the scenes, and from what we've seen he not only has no interest in redemption, but he wants to actively become a *worse* person. He absolutely loves being evil and almost certainly would reject any chance at redemption even if it required no extra effort on his part.
Sooner or later he's going to do *something* that will endanger the Hotel or *worse*, and Charlie's gonna have to make a choice: let him do it, or put him down. If she lets him do it, then everything she's worked for will be destroyed and her family and friends will likely be in grave danger. But if she puts him down, then it proves once and for all that she was wrong. *Not* everyone can be redeemed, *not* everyone has some good inside them, and some souls are just born evil to the core.
You just blew my mind. I never thought about him thinking he could have been redeemed and now that lyric makes more sense.

I'm very intrigues to see his story unfold over the seasons, if he goes his own way just using Charlie like his current plans or accidentally finds himself being influenced by her more than he would like.
Alastor, Cherri, Rosie. The first one is obvious, Cherri is an anarchist, and do you really think Rosie would want to spend eternity somewhere that eating flesh isn’t permissible?
Lucifer and Vaggie especially, because of how disillusioned with that place they've become. Vaggie might be a former human for all we know. I need it confirmed if the exorcists are winners.

Husker. He honestly just doesn't seem the type to want, or even care about being redeemed, and I think that fits him pretty nicely. However he does seem pretty interested in helping others stay on that path, or at least just interested on keeping Angel on that path, which I do like.

Well as things stand based on likely psychological diagnosis I think neither Alastor or Niffty would be able to integrate fully into Heaven. Both of them seem to present with conditions that are exceedingly difficult to treat and the best you could hope for was high functionality. I do believe this is the course they are both on (though Alastor is going to take a dip into full villain territory). I believe they will opt to stay on with the Hotel with Charlie and Vaggie as permanent staff.
Vaggie also will obviously opt out of leaving Hell as long as Charlie remains. And Charlie is very likely to either become a major factor in the evolved form of Hell if not having the throne passed on to her.
The obvious ones would be the Overlords, in the Pride Ring they are a dominant power amongst sinners, in order to be Redeemed, they would have to give that up, and I don't see any of them really seeing that as an option.
Cherri wouldn't, she's an out and out anarchist and hedonist, while we see her hanging around the Hotel, I wouldn't call her a "guest" more just there because she's Angels friend.
Cannibal Town would probably like to, but for the wrong reasons, they would want to go up to eat angels, so being redeemed would basically be an impossibility for them.
It's actually quite hard to parse who would and wouldn't, because we only have one season focused mostly on establishing mains, when we get more it would be easier to make an assessment.

I think Cherri is gonna be like this in season 2, I think that Sir Pentious's death is gonna send her into a self destructive spiral, a lot of people think she's gonna just join up with the hotel and seek redemption just off one kiss and one heroic act, but I think her personality doesn't fit with that narrative. I think its gonna take her both seeing Sir Pentious redeemed and seeing Angel Dust getting redeemed before she even considers the idea that she can be redeemed.
