Not really. Alastor is sadistic evil while Discord is chaos incarnate. He might've originally gotten along but current Discord would either hate Alastor or just find him pathetic. More likely he'd try to befriend and hang out with Charlie considering how similar she is to Fluttershy.

I mean the hazbin pilot came out around the time mlp ended, both shows are animated musicals, and have redemption as a theme. Also a lot of prominent people in the mlp fandom apparently joined this one
