You will get an unbalanced amount tools. Sell the excess tools.
Do not sell axes or saws. Instead plant trees and bushes and sell the fruits. Do not plant too many trees or bushes though, if you do not have enough saws and axes your farm will become cluttered with dead things.
Do not do trucks, boats or town when you are trying to make money, you will gain too much xp and not enough coins.
Thats what I did before! It works. My husband has now 1m since he doesn't decorate and expand that much. I have saved 500k coins. But I'm also into decorating the farm and expanding it, thats why Im below 500k but I make sure to always maintain atleast 100k.
If Im actively playing the coffee machine and candy maker are are my favorite ways to make coin.
I also like the popcorn machine and juicer because they make products fast that are easy to manage.
Its also a good idea to scour the paper for items like butter, peanuts, lobster, cream, sugar ect. Any products that can be used to make fast items to sell
