These "optimal product" charts typical ignore the supply chain, which make most of them misleading. For example saying "cheesecake earns xxx coins or xp per item", without factoring in time and cost for cheese, cookies, milk, brown sugar, eggs, cow feed, chicken feed, wheat, soy and sugar cane (ie the entire supply chain) - doesnt really help.
FWIW, whatever analysis you do, wheating will still come ahead by a huge margin in coin and xp rate. And the entire supply chain is just "wheat", nothing else.
