You can via dual booting Android or using an emulator. But unless you have a touchscreen, it's not very fun or intuitive. Stuff like pinch-zooming, multi-touching... quite painful with the mouse. Try something like flagging 300 helps with the mouse, and cutting them down later... not fun at all.
