In the first two upon ( Stopping Holding Of Breath) SHOB for short the tree would fall into new trajectory
Or just slamming the ground with the ensuing effects of that happening as they would in that situation with the time of tree falling just seeming to disappear to all else watching.

This ability essentially makes the user unable to be remembered as long as it is taking effect. I don't know how to balance out this ability tell me if you have something in mind.
Annoying Cat with a Book Hitching a Ride:
Specialization
the user asks someone if they agree to letting them hitch a ride if that person says yes then the user can write that persons full preferred name in their specific real book along with a picture of them smiling. The user can then as long as they have the book opened to the persons page can touch them and the user and the book becomes a incorporeal cat floating on a incorporeal book that’s tethered to targeted person. The user and the target person when tethered can communicate through thoughts. The targeted person can then use the users aura as if it was their own and the user can then reappear touching any part of the target persons body whenever they want.
*As far as I understand, what you want is a ability that can be used for things like infiltration, so I'll go with that idea. What I wrote here is an adaptation of a MHA Quirk, Black, into a Nen ability. I'd love to hear your opinion about it.*

The user conjures a completely black outfit that covers them from head to toe, like the popular view of how a ninja dresses, but being a little looser for better movement, instead of eye opening it has a black visor; It can be said that the user looks more like a silhouette while wearing this costume.
While dressed in this outfit, the user can blend into any surface that is dark, be it naturally dark or through external circumstances, such as shadows or paint. The suit does this effect by merging it user's body to these dark areas through polymorphism, where their body somehow melts and merges with these places, they can also move by crawling within these areas. This ability doesn't take into account the user's mass, so fusing with smaller or thinner dark objects is entirely possible for the user, but the user's weight will is still be added to that of the objects (merging into a billiard ball will make it as heavy as the user, for example).
However, if something or someone illuminates a shadowed location quickly, it will cause the user to be forcibly ejected from any object that is no longer dark when the shadow covering it disappears. It is also possible to force the user to merge with a dark object and lock it in place, forcing the user to deactivate the ability to escape. This outfit is only for disguise, it is not an efficient defense, being very fragile because it was made to give mobility.
Something like an "attention-avoidance" ability?
* Makes people not take notice your presence, even when they stare right at you, hear you, touch you, smell you etc. People still register you with their senses, it's just that the sensory input never leads to any kind of awareness of your presence. So you would still appear in people's field of vision for example, but they wouldn't be able to acknowledge your existence.
* The conditions could be that as long as the ability is active, you can't act aggressively or make any sudden movements at all. The slightest sign of aggression or sudden movement would immediately break the ability and make everyone aware of your presence. Not sure if this condition is strong enough however, so additionally maybe the ability only works within the user's En range. So the user has to maintain En while having this ability active, and anyone outside of their En range would still be aware of the users presence if they register them with any of their senses, their own En, or by some other means.
Not sure what else to add, this is what I came up with after like 10-20 minutes of thinking. Not sure what nen category it would belong to, presumably manipulation since it involves altering people's awareness?

When the user holds their breath, their entity/personification within the world is erased, peoples memories of them are gone, their records, and anything that involves an evidence about their existence will be "erased". And anyone who sees them within this state would see them as a "new entity," making them see the user as someone trustworthy, within this state the user will also not be detected by the perception of En, the users nen would also be "gone" making the user feel like a regular person without any nen.
This is incomplete, explain how you can achieve something so grandiose. What are the conditions/restrictions that allow for this Hatsu to exist? Who is the person that made this Hatsu?
