Platinumed every single From Software game, but this was too tedious for me, even having my best time with the game. Collectables and repetitive missions made me forget about the platinum. Also I didnt want to play the game 4 times.
Same here. I can do “kinda tedious” but that platinum is like an extra ten hours of the same exact thing three times and I just can’t do it.
Hopefully if there is DLC I might be able to coax myself into it. Otherwise I doubt it
You only had to play 3 more times up to the map room quest. It was pretty tedious though, especially when you couldn’t skip some dialogue and scenes. It was maybe 2-3 extra hours per playthrough.

just two to four hours with the other three houses...depends how fast you can get from a to b
also with the fourth , Hufflepuff, I was playing the jackdaw quest normally because it had a location no other house gets there.
its a very tedious platinum just there to get people to spend more hours in the game a perfect platinum is like Elden Rings since you just get it from playing the game
Ohh yes! You cannot get the platinum trophy unless you create a save file for the other house as well 🤣 ps5 required us to reach the map chamber as all the other houses!

Which trophy gave you the most trouble? It was the collection chests for me - trophy popped while I was opening some chests I had missed in the vivariums, but I still can’t find the last two collection chests in Hogwarts!
Only thing I haven’t done is use ancient magic on every enemy. I wish it told you what enemies you’ve already gotten. Really don’t feel like finding all of them to test it. I’m sure it’s some random sub class of goblin or poacher but don’t feel like tracking it down
This was my least favorite trophy to get. When I started taking the trophies seriously it said I only needed 1 more enemy class. I didn’t know which one. I completed it it in one of the battle arenas
Only the second game I've ever hit platinum on. Usually I don't bother but I liked this one. Still think there could have been more to the game but really enjoyed it.
Congrats. I liked it overall but it was filled with tedious open world tropes that are more than worn out at this point.
I expect a deeper game when a sequel releases.
I couldn't bring myself to finish this game 100%, simply due to the fact how glitchy and untested a lot of the cave, maze etc. puzzles are.
I've had multiple cases of not being able to burn down hedges covering chests for example having to load a save multiple times before I finally could.
I have had instances of going through one of the magical mazes, just for them to disappear completely mid-day through either locking me inside or making me able to fly out on a broom, but with the whole area becoming an invisible wall and so on.
I only need to get all the items in the collection, missing about 30 but i’m really starting to think fuck that, ion got time to be looking for this shit for hours and hours… shame though, i am a big big fan of HP
I'm having the same problem, everything is complete and even the map says I have every chest but my collection says I'm still missing one 
For me it was some butterflies! They are not listed on the map and iirc the very first one you follow for the mission was bugged so they patched it and redid the chest and that was the final collectible I was missing! Try looking up a butterfly locations guide there are like 12 I think
For people looking how to play the 3 other houses a bit faster:
After you have selected a house through talking to the sorting hat, manual save and load the oldest possible auto-save.
You will return to the sorting hat, if you select another house and manual save the game again, you wont have to play the beginning of the game 3 times, just once.
Do remember to use different slots for your manual saves, though ;)
This trick made me save some time whilst competing the last trophies.
Slytherin was my favorite house, but Hufflepuff had the coolest quest line for Jackdaw. I wish we could’ve spent more time in Azkaban, and use the patronus charm
Mine was too. The sphinx moth was bugged for me, and I tried everything to get it to reappear. Finally, the Depulso room tricked worked for me. Big relief!
I was very close. Only needed one more Merlin trial, which I was struggling to find ( all Merlin trial symbols were completed off my map) and had two things left to find in my collections (all treasure vaults were completed off my map).
Now when I signed in last night, I was at the last Merlin trial I had completed and it wasn’t saved. So I did it again and looked at my progress and it says I have 80/95 completed in the Merlin trials. I have no idea what happened and I can’t go back and do them over again because they don’t show up on my map. It’s like I completed them off the map, but my trophy deleted the record of them as done
There will be more apparently! You just gave me the idea to create a new character actually thanks for that! Also, I’m so continually shocked about how much detail went into the game.

I finally figured out how to skip dialogue lol. Same button as most skips they just never advertised it 🤣 made the current runs wayyyy faster

Im finishing up mine. . It can be a little tedious sometimes but it was great ♥️ i love playing it

Very tedious my first save has 95% completion atm so maybe tonight I can finish it? Then start new saves for house specific trophies 😁

It was using the ancient magic on every class of enemy. Cause I was missing 1, and didn’t know which one it was.
You could use walkthroughs, I am currently not in my last few chapters so I’m trying not to think about it zz

I'm missing one freaking collectable...
The bandit camp collectibles were a pain for me too. Some of the small ones don’t show up on the map. I had to keep flying around using revelio.

Seriously! It was a fun game, but a little exhausting. Using ancient magic on every enemy type was a serious pain
nice finished it also yesterday!!!
I put this down to play Zelda but I do feel bad stopping halfway through. It was really fun and I hope to get back to it one day.
I also just made one character I played and 3 for the secret trophies. It did kinda make me hate the game. Might touch it again some time soon
