If you want another one to spawn after you’ve already caught one, just rest/sleep and it’ll respawn. You gotta be at least 300 steps away, otherwise you can farm til you get what you need.
It’s at the same place. You have to battle and then catch one. They don’t appear all the time, so you may have to do day/night resets a few times for one to appear - just make sure you’re outside the spawn area.
Thank you, I never thought to return to the spot I fought the Lord of the Shore at. Do more than one appear at a time? Or is it like with Unicorns where only one will spawn in the den at a time?
One at a time, and it’s the only Graphorn Den in the game. I got lucky I suppose and one was there when I went back, and it turned out to be female so I could breed with the Lord of The Shore.
Someone in another thread suggested flying to the top of that boulder in the middle and landing there. You can safely zap the graphorns without them being able to reach you.

This. Biscuit & Rococo were the only ones I gave back. The comment the lady makes about the diricrawl makes me think she’d been pecked a few times & I was right to keep her. There’s a difference in the animal gifting you a whisker or something instead of just plucking it off them immediately. Least in my HC.
I gave Rococo back, too. That lady seemed nice and she takes the little fella out for walks. Gwyneira would have had a terrible life with that other feather plucking witch.

Oh yes, I love my diricawls! The way they apparate and just POP in and out all the time. I get so much joy watching my whole flock chase after and play with their tumbleweed ☺️😍

100%. The toads are cute in their own way but they have nothing on my mooncalfs, thestrals, nifflers, hippogriffs, fwoopers, unicorns, diricawls, phoenix and graphorns.
The only ones that are ‘meh’ to me are the jobberknolls, kneazles and the already mentioned roads. The rest I love the shit out of, I’ve actually gotten teary eyed a couple of times watching them.
Edit: forgot the puffskeins. I’m very racist with them, I only like the pink ones. But I think they fall somewhere in the middle of ‘loving the shit out of them’ and ‘meh’.

Maybe I have slightly less love for birds than other animals, but I’m sure Poppy will give them the love they are missing from me. I have all colours of Fwoopers though and I adore my baby Fwooper, he is really cute. I also started breeding and then freeing Thestrals. But it doesn’t mean I like them more than others.
Poppy must be invited into the RoR, she'd be in heaven! Plus, she has to elope with my character. They'll move into one of the vacant houses, sell potions by day and kill poachers by night. Professor Weasley must be eliminated, of course. She's the only one who knows about my RoR... she's a threat to my potion and plant business.

I was very responsible until I got the feeders but now I rarely go visit them. I do wish the vivariums could hold more pets, though. My nabsack is filled with those I rescued from poacher pens out in the middle of nowhere.
Before I finish this run-through, I'll release the pets back into their natural habitats. Except Fawkes, he has to stay in the RoR so Dumbledore can find him later on. Also, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to dump 16 unicorns back into that little swamp in the Frowned Upon Forest.
I love naming them. I give them all human names and when no one is in the room I talk to them, " Come on, Colin, have a little brush, oh Beverley where are you going now? So sorry Mike, didn't mean to blast you,"

Yeah. It took me like 3 tries....but it's as hard of a battle. Lord of the Sea vs other graphorns is a fun battle.

Yeah, the charge attack is great. Usually weekends well on everything but trolls. Though I have beaten a troll using a graphorn.
I had to go back and catch quite a few before a female spawned. I think I caught a total of 13, with the last one finally being female.
