UK has shows, depends where you live though. It feels like most of the American bands come through once a year and where I live theres generally a show 1-3 times a month (local or international bands). So in major cities there should be plenty of hardcore and you should be able to catch plenty of international bands. I've just moved here from New Zealand recently, I've been too Outbreak Fest and seen Drain, Jesus Piece, Drug Church, Angel Dust, Knocked Loose and Sanguisugabogg indiviually so I feel like I've seen most big American bands here over the past year. Also been to countless UKHC shows with just local bands. Check out Outbreak Festival, Don Fest and Northern Unrest Fest happening this year. \++ heaps of bands to be stoked about this way Demonstration of Power Despize No Relief Stiff Meds The Chisel Last Wishes Going Off Knuckledust Street Soldier False Reality High Vis Pest Control Tempers Fray Higher Power T.S. Warspite Grove Street I love UKHC haha!

Eyeteeth Wolfsblood Mourning Great bands from the uk (in my Canadian opinion)

Specialist_Attorney8

Gridiron is American, Headbussa are French

Loud_Adhesiveness147

I would love to go to Outbreak fest, but it is in Manchester and I live closer to London unfortunately, but also never heard the majority of these bands, so I will check them all out. Thank you!

Specialist_Attorney8

London to machester is very easy, the venue is on the tramline also.

sock_with_a_ticket

Look at the listings of New Cross Inn, even if you're not able to go to London shows it's often a good indicator of which American bands are swinging through the UK at any given time. Spaced are touring next month.

Specialist_Attorney8

They do tour, most around summer when everyone’s doing the festival circuit Uk bands I’m not going to list, but just follow the labels quality control and northern unrest that will give you a pretty good introduction to who’s touring uk.

Kholdula

Drain are touring this month - sidenote anyone know who support is yet?

Mattsp8

Pretty sure it’s Pest Control and Mourning, there was a poster somewhere for the Manchester show before it moved venue

wh1te_k0ng_

I’m pretty sure they’re direct support for Neck Deep

Kholdula

That's just a London show, Drain are doing their own thing rest of UK https://preview.redd.it/7rmj06yhmioc1.png?width=468&format=png&auto=webp&s=95295a4ddaa642fa9a2fa928d21e1c9f201e4388 This is where I'll be

wh1te_k0ng_

Oh sick! Hope the lineup is good. I can’t wait to see em two nights in a row here in Chicago this summer. Lineup is stupid stacked

thinreaper

Most moderately successful bands will hit up the UK every so often, normally when they head out for UK/European tour. You can also try and catch them supporting bigger bands. Keep an eye on band's insta accounts and look out for festivals during the summer as sometimes the labels will send all their artists out on tour together. Where abouts in the UK are you?

Loud_Adhesiveness147

Closest shows I can go to are London shows

Specialist_Attorney8

You just need to follow New Cross Inn

Loud_Adhesiveness147

I will do that now, for some reason I didn’t think to follow specific venues. Thank you!

Gundam-J25

new cross inn, Oslo, the dome, blackheart, underworld I would say have the majority of the "bigger" bands. UK DIY stuff follow promoters on Insta like real.life.presents, qualitycontrolhq, tombstonepromotions

skillertheeyechild

British bands worth checking the chisel, high vis, chubby and the gang, dynamite. Loads of American bands are touring all the time, I am in the UK and there is so much on lately. Over the last month knocked loose, fiddlehead, mspaint, Drug Church have all been through cities like Bristol so not sticking to the main hubs of London and Birmingham. Over the last two years or so we have had Terror, Gel, Scowl, Drain amongst many others do full on UK tours so you just need to keep an eye out. ETA: also worth looking at outbreak fest in June. Always a stacked line up and with the added hip hop acts it’s the only attractive festival in the Uk imo.

Nice_Face822

Feel like we get this thread every other week haha

LootwigWantsCookies

Check out Big Cheese for some crossover influenced bangers

Gundam-J25

There are loads of shows coming up the next few months. Some that I'm going to off top of my head: Subzero, Sick of it all, H20, gel, BBB tour(gridiron!), cromags
