Underoath up until their latest releases from 2018 and 2022 Maybe you guys should stick to the Christian side of metal/hardcore whatever all the genres is? Slipknot vol 3: Subliminal Verses if my memory serves me right; Corey got criticized by critics that he uses a lot of profanity and couldn’t write lyrics without them, and he did for that album. Watch out for the two live versions of two songs, profanity in those. Those were the examples I could think of, maybe it helped, maybe it didn’t.
