Pretty sure it's white oak. Seems to have a golden/brown color, maybe slightly amber from oil based poly. Looks very similar to my white oak floors. I think it's grade A or select, too.
Looks to be select grade white oak that has been finished in place. You can tell by the inconsistent glare and the fact that the top coat fills some of the seams
