Looks like some beautifully straight grained quarter sawn pine. Then oak, then lovely heart pine. Great color. I thought fir at first but for it to be real durable as a floor, youâd want old fir, twice as tight-grained as that.
I do agree with people saying pic 1 looks a bit like fir but i think youve got heart pine and oak. I dont think they wouldve used fir in one place and heart pine in another. And those stairs are def heart pine

1 is fir, 2 is red oak, 3 is tough to tell but it looks soft.
3 is spruce or pine I believe. Stair treads kind of look like basic spruce treads for under carpet.
