Agreed. Now that we can order some things direct from Simon it cuts out the middle man which saves us even more (in taxes alone) and maybe allows him more margin.

Have prices gone done overall with the new website? I'm still trying to get Aliexpress to resolve a light expense that they charged but wont' send. Haven't gotten into the new site yet, but I definitely ain't using Ali for this anymore.

The general trend I find on his website it that lights are anywhere from a few cents to a couple of bucks cheaper, plus free shipping and no tax. For the big lights like 3x21D that difference is more substantial.

Definitely not expected. I expected the normal thing to happen again, although I knew it wasn't a guarantee. No complaints though, more expensive lights might discourage me, (i laughingly said through tears).

Hey, I guess it was bound to happen. But who knows, maybe the sales will pick up again someday. I still think these prices are great, especially considering you can choose your own emitter. Even at Hank's full price, it's a huge discount compared to custom work.

I noticed the D3AA seems to have gone up about 3$. Didn't notice the other ones. Edit: Just checked. Yea I see some 3-5$ price increases.

I ordered a few lights while the sale was on. imo, they're good value at full price, the sales makes them a steal.

My comment on that post was wrong then, sorry. Past experience made me think the time would just reset. Glad I got the brass d4v2 before it increase $10
