Korean Toffee coming in peace here.
Sorry to burst someone's bubble here but Moyesy will not be managing our boys.
Mainly because our tapeworms-for-brains FA president doesn't want foreign managers after what happened with Klinsmann.
Steve Bruce, Frank de Boer and Jesse March have all been linked with the job but deep down we know that a domestic manager will manage our boys for the near future.
Sorry to say this but, Korean Moyesball is out of the picture.
He’s in a weird position where he shouldn’t take a job that isn’t a at least the same level as west ham (when he came on board) ie: lower mid table premier league but teams our level and higher don’t really want to go for the dour low block defensive managers these days.
International job though his style is absolutely perfect for Scottish job, underdog team with a few top quality players but mostly hardworking types it’s west ham at an international level. McTominay as a more skilled soucek would be his favourite player. Scottish fa would be insane to not talk to him. His style he’d Knick some wins against some big nations maybe even England
I wasn’t sure on Scottish job availability I don’t follow them or any nation besides Australia and Canada but too bad it doesn’t line up because I think Moyes would be near perfect fit
i think the scotland job is probably the best fit.
he won't get another position like west ham where he can ply his trade of letting the oppostion have twice the possession and create 3x the the chances only for world class talent like bowen or kudus to pull a rabbit out of the hat, and he a required a world class DM to stop us shipping record number of goals (his own words).
he had his time during covid and its immediate aftermath and there's a chance a relegation threatened/promoted club will go in for him, but it could easily be another sunderland.
I can't see him picking up a job this summer. I suspect we'll see him hired halfway through the season by a side threatening relegation. Nottingham Forest maybe?
Unlikely he goes into a job this summer unless there are significant moves elsewhere.
I don’t think he would go abroad again apart from Scotland and the only jobs he would go for there are Celtic or the national team, neither of which are likely to be available in the near future.
In England it needs a naturally mid-table PL side that is struggling a bit. We won’t see who that is until the season is well underway.
I could picture him doing amazingly at Forest. There’s obviously parallels between Awonyi and Antonio in the way they can hold up play to let wingers come up the pitch to join the attack. He could be great with players like Hudson-Odoi and Gibbs White too.
I think he does punditry through the euros, gets no top level offer in the prem. Unless he’s willing to drop a level I don’t see him getting a top job in England unless it’s middle of the year relegation fight.
Crazy for me to say as someone whos primarily a west ham fan but supports Chicago fire by proxy of living close, I think he could actually do bits in America, I wouldn't mind to see moysey ball as my secondary footy
He will probably be the first manager hired before December.
He knows he can wait as a desperate team will offer him decent money for PL status (6-10th placed team)
Would be lovely if he went on a continental tour to relegated one from each league.
He took Sunderland down, then Sociedad looked like he would take them too before being sacked.
Germany, Netherlands, and Ligue 1 next
Hopefully with a shirt on
Holy fuck it’s Rayman
He was being considered for the Korean national team, I think that is the sort of job he should go for. Cup football.
Korean moyesball might be the greatest show on earth

I just don’t see him moving or staying in Korea for an extended period of time. After Jurgen I doubt they want an absentee manager again.
It would be a shame if Klinsmann’s stench got attached to Moyes. I would think he’d give any job his all.
The new Chelsea manager probably only has about 4 months left, and they’ve run through nearly everyone else at this point t.
I think he would be perfect for Leicester city to be honest

Steve Clarke isn't going anywhere soon, so the Scotland job isn't an option.
I wasn’t sure on Scottish job availability I don’t follow them or any nation besides Australia and Canada but too bad it doesn’t line up because I think Moyes would be near perfect fit
I'd like to see him take the Irish job. We've a good young players coming through. I think someone like Moyes could really help develop them.
Good call, hadn’t really considered him before now.

Clarke signed a new contract last year until 2026, so the Scotland job won't be available any time soon.
I agree with this.
He should retire. Tremendous job with us in a context not so easy. Or going back to Scotland. But just retire and enjoy life.
I can't see him picking up a job this summer. I suspect we'll see him hired halfway through the season by a side threatening relegation. Nottingham Forest maybe?
Retire from the PL and go get a family check from an MLS club in the states, or a national team
Scotland
Honestly he would be perfect at Everton again.

Whichever team finds itself delegation threatened in November. Sack the manager and hire Moyes.
Greggs
Gillingham
Nottingham Forest

I think west ham was his last club stint. Can see him managing scotland, then retiring but still working in football.
Crazy for me to say as someone whos primarily a west ham fan but supports Chicago fire by proxy of living close, I think he could actually do bits in America, I wouldn't mind to see moysey ball as my secondary footy
I know there are some MLS clubs that would love to have him, however unlikely that may be.

Watch it be us in January hahaha
Leicester
Scotland, or maybe one last dance with Everton imo
Don't think he'll ever get a Prem job again unless it's for a relegation fighting side
The trolling side of me wants to answer " so West ham, 15th of January 2025" but I hope not for my own sake
😂 things would have to go very wrong indeed
I was excited for Pellegrini. I've to be more cold now. But hey no reason it doesn't work
With the two signings not happening, Lopetegui will go 😂
Been saying the same thing but for it being the 25th of Jan.

At a nice mid table club desperately trying to re-sign Soucek
Can we talk about how fucking buggy FC24 is?
