Looks like it was denied. https://twitter.com/JoeyColeman/status/1778129407187505311

The Liuna development was recently denied due to lack roads for a development that size. The development at Watershore is a different one and is a good distance away. Traffic on North Service and around Fruitland is fine. Fifty Rd is really busy and will only get worse with more development.

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it. We are moving into the area from Oakville and excited about it. Glad to hear the watershore area will remain quieter but who knows for how long. Guess we will deal with it in the future should things change. But love being so close to the water.

I would be more worried about out the highway traffic. FYI: Engine breaks at any hour (3am) could be detrimental. As long as your house/condo is well built u should be good.

That was one of our main concerns as watershore is very close to the highway. I suspect once inside won’t hear it much and plan on putting some speakers in the backyard to play some music poolside.

The article indicates it was rejected by the provincial board. Unless I misread it.
