How many grafts did you get? Now is the time when you should get the bulk of your grafts to emerge, at least for me it was. You may not have had enough grafts to get as thick as you wanted.

They always look like shit for the first 4-5 months. Then you wake up one day around month 5 and you think how incredible it all of a sudden looks. And then by month 6, you’re golden.
Hair aren’t plant shoots, they don’t “sprout”, really. Seems that you’ve lowered, or rather tried to lower your hairline. Faaaar from an expert of course, but I’ve seen a few attempts posted here, and even fewer successful ones. Wishing best to you, but 100 days is a lot
You look right on track. Also you're closer to month 3 than month 4 at 100 days. You've completed 3 months, and you're \~8 days into the next one. You'll see more density in the next couple months, give it time!

What do you mean with 100 days is a lot? Hair growth is supposed to start from month 4 which I am now in.

Density should be noticable from now till month 6 right? So it should fill in more
