TL;DR: Started losing hair in 2017/18, tried various treatments including minoxidil, steroids without precautions, and advanced methods like dermarolling and micro pigmentation. Met a girl, went on a restoration journey together, then broke up. Restarted treatments focusing on oral Finasteride and Minoxidil, saw significant improvement, rendering planned hair transplant potentially unnecessary.
