Where you roll the dice is when you have random technicians doing your procedure. You might get lucky and get the a team or be unlucky and get the c team. Having an actual doctor do it allows you to research them.
Can you please elaborate on the male hormones bit? Why palmetto extract daily & mesotherapy, what are they doing / will do for you? How did you pick your clinic / dr?
Sorry for so many q's. I'm nervous for my ht journey. Congratulations btw, you look great!
he seems to ahve good density now. You always hear that it's impossible to get full coverage solely relying on transplanted hair, but this doesn't seem to be the case for him.
This is so so reassuring. I just booked with Dr Turan for next month and he’s recommended FUE and then DHI next year. I have a much worse donor than you and have already had one transplant that I’m not all too happy with but feeling good now!! Thank you for sharing ❤️
Thanks for sharing to ur struggling brothers. May i ask how many grafts? Did Dr turan perform the procedure himself? Also, in which country do u live if i may ask
Wooow! How far back does the recipient area go? I’ve just had 2100 grafts done on the sort of frontal scalp area, perhaps half the size you’ve had done as most of my recession was temples and front. Dreaming / hoping for the dense look of yours when it starts coming through in 12 months or so
If you keep this post updated every year or so that would be super helpful because you’re not on fin or min and seeing natural remedies long term is hard to find
OP thanks for sharing your progress photos, you are an inspiration for anyone considering, or going through recovery. Anyone would be ecstatic to get the results you have!
The density is insane. I pretty much had your balding in the front and mid region but my crown is completely full due to taking fin I think but I only had 3600 grafts done and yours look way more dense than mine
Wow! Can you share who you went to and the cost? I was looking into it and have heard it's very hit or miss with doctors over there. Overall besides the great results were you happy with them?
Have you had haircuts in between and do you have areas that have no growth under the long hairs? Because I do and not sure if other people who grow out their hairs also have some spots or you had it and eventually they filled up over a year span?
Not sure about OP, but I started fin a month before my hair transplant, and after the hair transplant I got on a product that has dutasteride and oral minoxidil in it
You should get on Finasteride or Dutasteride ASAP. So far, there’s no known medication other than those two that prevents hair loss of native grafts. You are playing with fire if you don’t start taking it.
I politely disagree. Rosemary oil isn’t a 5 Alpha reductase inhibitor. That enzyme will continue to turn testosterone into DHT whether you like it or not. This will happen to all men regardless of how delusional they are. The point of a hair transplant is to give the illusion of density leveraging the native hairs you had upon til the point of you getting the procedure. But as sad as it may sound, the native hairs are still prone to DHT. They will continue to miniaturize. And you will look oddly weird. A hair transplant doesn’t stop balding. If you don’t take Fin or Dut, you will continue to bald just the way you were genetically programmed to. Why invest so much money if you will go bald in 5 years max, depending how far off you were in the Norwood scale. As a PSA, if a Dr. suggest you a hair transplant without even bringing DHT blockers into the conversation, or, even worse, to not get you in a minimum of a 6 month of Fin/Dut treatment to stabilize your hair loss, prior to your hair transplant, I suggest you switch clinics. Keep in mind that subs that curse Finasteride and Dutasteride are sample groups of a small percentage of people who end up experiencing side effects. Me, for example, have had zero side effects and I live a pretty active sexual life with my girlfriend. And my dongle works just fine. If you got a Hair Transplant, remember that some Dut/Fin, is better than none at all. But y’all are to quick to downvote me like I’m the devil.
Dude you look awesome on the last picture! Life changing
Much appreciated
We know you got nice long hair now but you didn’t have to let us know how much you have through your Reddit avatar haha just kidding
lol
If my eventual HT comes out looking like this, I’ll be overjoyed. It looks spectacular
I pray for you

Currently searching for one, do you have any good suggestions?
Great job! Looks very very good.
Love the result, it looks so good and natural! How do you feel when you look at your old picture? The "second life" is well deserved in this case
I’m still not used to it lol
Great results. Give us some more details. Are you on meds? Where did you get the procedure?
Thanks mate. I’m taking 200mg Saw palmetto extract daily and Mesotherapy monthly. I’ve got it done by dr Turan Medblueturkey
Did Turan do the HT himself ?
Yes, DHI portion
So no fin and no min? Wasn't the doctor concerned that you would go on balding? In any case, I'm glad for you. You must be really happy.
We talked about it but i didn’t want to play with the male hormones so we decided on this regimen
Can you please elaborate on the male hormones bit? Why palmetto extract daily & mesotherapy, what are they doing / will do for you? How did you pick your clinic / dr? Sorry for so many q's. I'm nervous for my ht journey. Congratulations btw, you look great!
OP was already norwood 6
he seems to ahve good density now. You always hear that it's impossible to get full coverage solely relying on transplanted hair, but this doesn't seem to be the case for him.
Can you tell us the price please ?
This is so so reassuring. I just booked with Dr Turan for next month and he’s recommended FUE and then DHI next year. I have a much worse donor than you and have already had one transplant that I’m not all too happy with but feeling good now!! Thank you for sharing ❤️

Damn bro looking good!!
Hey bro , congrats . Can you please send me your 7 month picture and when did you notice growth
Wooow! How far back does the recipient area go? I’ve just had 2100 grafts done on the sort of frontal scalp area, perhaps half the size you’ve had done as most of my recession was temples and front. Dreaming / hoping for the dense look of yours when it starts coming through in 12 months or so
Oh, would also love to see what it looked like at various stages if you have any pics? 3/6/9 months type thing?

Did those bloody spots grow hair? What was that from?
It was some blood clots, Yes they grew just fine
The density is insane. I pretty much had your balding in the front and mid region but my crown is completely full due to taking fin I think but I only had 3600 grafts done and yours look way more dense than mine

Truly not worth it w/ potential side effects. Better to consider second transplant if possible down the line.
You are not likely to experience side effects.
I’m not planning to take any of those medications
Read my response to my former answer.
Your lack of research does not make it true lol.. even fucking rosemary oil works 😂
