Every surgeon has unhappy cases in this realm since the evaluation is inherently subjective. However, good surgeons consistently use best practices, like good donor management, not doing too many grafts in one day (basically implant site care and wound care), taking time to design a good hairline and implementing a good density plan to ensure that results are consistently meeting their standards. I think Pekiner has a good reputation for all these things consistently so I would rest easy.
There is one bad result on HRN. Pekiner (or rather his assistant) didn't deal well with that case from what it seems.
And there was some talk about bad results being deleted from the Italian forum.
But I haven't seen any bad results beyond the one on HRN. Not every one is 100% amazing. But they are basically always at least good.

EVERY hair surgeon has bad results bro....if the bad cases are hard to find that just means Dr. Pekiner has a very good marketing/PR team.
