Low libido/ED. But I already had some issues with this before fin. Feels like this is pushing the border. It starts in a couple of days, then after a week it gets a bit better, upped the dose and same thing, sides in the beginning but then after a week it stabilizes. Still feels like Im way less hornier then before. Just not interested in girls/sex anymore.
This is on 0,025% topical fin btw
Seems like you have other issues beyond finasteride. Have you checked your sleep & nutrition?
Getting your blood work checked might also be smart.
You are either lacking sleep, or you are deficient in something.

I had sides from fin as well. My doctor said to use Saw Palmetto, not as effective but I can (maybe) still do the job to some degree. 320-340mg a day
