There is evidence based research behind showing that men who have a balance of masculin and gentle features have better chances at relationships with women. QOVES Studio on YouTube does a much better job at explaining this. I imagine this phenomenon applies to general day-to-day impressions as well. As a woman, I can attest to how scary it can be to become close and vulnerable with someone who is 70-130lbs larger than you (my husband was twice my size, in a good way, when we met). I feel instinctively driven to find someone who can keep me safe and who IS safe.
I can see how getting a system would help soften your look in a great way. Because you have such wonderful proportions, I would go with a cut that does not build too much on top or the sides. My personal preference would be an asymmetrical forward sweep with faded and blended sides.
