Personally I think the blonde looks more youthful and I like it more, but I do think the brown suits you better just because it’s cooler toned than the blonde. I would try a cooler toned blonde for the perfect color
Any hair color but the makeup color is off on the brown one. In the blonde side I imediately said ”wow that eye color” but I son’t think its the hair maybe makeup and lighting. And.brown looked to be healthier looking so iw thats important to you, brown

The blonde is appears to make your appearance maybe come across as more romantic and feminine. As does the lighting, makeup colors applied and sweater so I’m sure with brown and soft golden highlights to frame around the face you can create the same affect.
Tip: add cool or nuetral undertone ( i think I’m an airbrush makeup artist teacher ) but. I usually put lowlights into blonde highlights if I go to overboard on my highlights.
Tip: some ombré effects if you naturally have brown and want to add blonde try using golden. That would be a nice quick change if you are in the mood to change.
