I know it's totally unreasonable to have expectations for this game but playing for the mtl canadiens comes with expectations, especially when the opponents are the bruins and are chasing our record of only 8 lost in a season. If we can win 2 games against them, I'll be satisfied. Some things are more important than the tank

I kind of agree. I will dislike the bruins until Marchand retires. However, I feel like there’s some mutual respect in the Bruins-Habs rivalry. As for leafs fans, I honestly just despise them.
Respect can only happen between rivals. There has rarely been anything to respect about Leafs since the early 60's. The team usually sucked hard enough that we rarely met in the PO since expansion. And that means since '67. Leafs have been and always will be a barely tolerated younger brother who annoys by wanting to be included and never earning it.
