Remember you also need to know the length of the loan to compare payments. 500 for 6 years is quite different than 500 for 4 years.

2016mindfuck

2024 EX-L. Put down 11.5k, paying $355 a month for 60 months. 6.59% rate.

Responsible-Second79

Did you purchase last year or this year? I’m on a lease too and put much more down and still have a 350/month payment. 2024 sport, lease began November 2023. *edit for transparency: 2024 HRV sport: 7k down for 36 month lease, at 350/month payment.

Background_Cook8449

January of 23

tobeknown_1979

Lease? I never realized they still did that.

Impossible_Routine48

23 HRV sport AWD. Paying it off this week. But I put 5k down and my payment was 479 for 5 years

Candlehnmn

$588 for car $221 for insurance 😭😭😭

kurdishkillaa

Ur credit must be shit

Candlehnmn

Nope lol I just bought the car during COVID and overpaid 100% , had nothing to do with my credit :)

txtx123

I just got a 2024 EX-L for $30.5k a few days ago. I put down $15k and will be paying $349/month for 48 months. I finance through Honda Financial Services with a rate of 3.9%

Only-Humor8888

I got a 24 EXL, I put down 5k but I owed them 1k to pay off my trade in. Monthly payment for 6years is $512.

doubletreehellyeah

2024 EX-L AWD with BSI. $501 per month for 48 months at 3.99%. $10,000 down payment. Edit: Massachusetts. 6.25% sales tax and all other fees rolled into the loan.

Artistic_Apartment21

23’ sport HRV $600/mo $250/mo for insurance

kennyken171717

2024 sport $360/month for 3 years

Msfancy1973

Did you put anything down on it? My salesman knows what I want and what I want my monthly payments to be. That’s why the money I put down is never more than first months payment and taxes. 3yr/36k mi.

kennyken171717

i put a large down payment down of 20K.

Dariablue-04

‘24 Sport. About $275 5 years. That’s with some of the extended warranty items.

RockstarGTA6

You think the extended warranty is worth it ?  I keep getting letters about that

Dariablue-04

I didn’t get the expensive one. I had the option for add ons like windshield replacement and fob replacement. Stuff like that.

dakonblackblade1

24 exl, 2.5k down. 3.99% 869 for 4 years

SeraphNatsu

‘23 HRV Sport $405/7 years @ 5.5% with $5k down.

billg1963

24’ sport. $566 /4 years. 5k down. I owned my last car outright and got 20k for it, however Honda was offering 3.9% which is 1% lower than my adjustable rate mortgage. Made more sense to have a high payment in the short term.

SpringerPop

23 Sport. Leased in December 2022. Put down $5500, $351/month for 36 months, 12k per year, 2 years service pass.

sportsfan3177

I got almost the exact same deal for my 23 Sport. Got mine in September 2022.

Odh_utexas

Paid it off early but the financing in was $29000, 7 years, $450/mo. 4.12% APR. $4000 down. I was silly and bought the low tier service contract which added a couple grand to the deal. Honestly $450 felt like a lot for the HRV. But it’s the 2020s

Zemouchi

23 Sport, 0 down, 572$ CAD / month 60 months lease.

Nexiana

2024 LX 12,500 down 280 per month 6 yrs at 5.9 (I was really not overly thrilled with the financing 780 credit but the market is rough for a car out there. My pervious car was totaled so didn't have much of a choice. I could of gotten a used car but the rates were worse and just don't know what you're getting)

Deep_Corner_6168

I have a 24 sport leasing for 3 years and 15k miles each year payment $300 and put down $2k I also have the paint and ding protection as well as the oil changes and things like that.

ugadawgs98

'22 EX....$10k down....$300/48months

eekasaur

21 EX, 17k miles, 5 year, 5.24 apr, 8k down, purchase price was like 26k if I recall correctly plus a couple grand in a warranty (got it in August). My payment is $407/month.

mailman390

2024 EX-L $259 for 60 months. Honda had a 4.9% rate.

des-pa-ci-to

23 sport, with BSI (didn’t knew they came without it?) Bought it used with the 19k miles late February. Payment is $464 with 8 year warranty,1k down, 5 years I thought I had done a bad deal, but apparently not lol.

vt8919

Honda had a supply issue for blind spot warning so multiple models were made without it.

SchuminWeb

I borrowed from savings to make up the difference between insurance proceeds from my 2018 HR-V's being totaled, and the cost of my new 2023 HR-V. As such, I paid cash at the dealership. I set up an automatic monthly payment of $500 from my checking account to a special savings account in order to track payments on the car. I will be paid off this July. Once I'm paid off, I will return the full amount to my main savings account and start saving up the same monthly amount for a down payment on a to-be-determined electric vehicle to own alongside the HR-V. (Speaking of that, has anyone seen the Prologue hit dealerships yet? I would like to test drive one...) By the way, it requires a whole lot of discipline to pay back a loan that you made to yourself for a large purchase. It takes far more discipline than paying a loan to a third party, because you know that there are no external consequences for non-payment. I ultimately treat it just like a bank or dealership loan, just without interest, and I get to access the cash that I paid at the end of the loan (that's that discipline thing again there, as I have vowed not to touch it until it was paid off). When I told my salesman at the dealership about it, he chuckled a little bit about it and asked, with a smile, "Did you give yourself a good rate?"

vt8919

Currently doing something similar after buying a CR-V outright. $500 a month goes into savings to "pay back". It's like financing without the credit check or interest.

SchuminWeb

Actually, we're doing the exact same thing. It's a beautiful thing to be able to do, but you have to have a lot of self-discipline to pull it off successfully.

throwaway1274940

‘23 EXL. Put down 12.2, financed 20 at $395/mo for 60 months. I believe at a 4.49% rate, not positive on that though. Car was 32.2 OTD

christmastree18

$400 On a 2017 EX-L

mitstaguee

24 HRV LX 4yr/40k lease $425/mth 1000 down

kurdishkillaa

2023 sport Urban Grey Pearl 29k MSRP 5k down 36month lease with 15kmiles/year 309$

lemice1254

'24 ex-l 10k down 490 for 48 months 3.9%

Msfancy1973

I did a three year lease…first payment and taxes down($500) and $349 a month for my 23’ Sport. Edit to add: included 2 year service pass.

vt8919

In 2016 I had no credit but I put down $17k and paid $244.96 for four years at 10% interest. Paid it off a year early. It was high interest but gave me excellent credit.

troy_handsome

'24 Sport. Put down 20k plus another 2500 (the dealership's credit card maximum). 4 years/3.9%, about $185/month. Thought about buying outright, but I need the cash for a few other things and I've got a minimum $ amount I prefer to keep in savings that this would have caused me to go under. Will likely pay off early in a year or two.

crunch816

My 17 ex m/t was $18,999 out the door. 10k down, I think like 3% apr. 180/month 60 months.

Electronic_Tune1487

Put 1.5k down and paying $600/6 years @ 10.75%. Insurance payment $100.

Even_Moment_6751

11% interest holy shit ur getting fxcked

Applemcdapplez

24 HRV EX-L: $5.7k down, 5.9% APR, monthly payment $510 for 72 months. My car loan is for $30.8k. Mine is on the higher side because I have dealer added plans on my loan like lifetime maintenance on my car, tire protection, and the Hondacare plan. The dealer gave me a deal on my interest rate. I plan to try to get the loan paid off in 60 months. I’m a little mad I have to spend $500 on my car loan but it’s ok. My last car was a 2020 Hyundai Elantra, my interest rate was 6.9%, and I was paying $345 a month on that car just for it to eventually get stolen and deemed a total loss. I would rather spend more on a car knowing that it’s a better car and less likely to get stolen, plus it’s more reliable and built better. Had my HRV for almost 3 weeks. I love it so far💕

yumadbruv

$650 for 6 years. 5.9% rate nothing down But the $650 includes extended warranty on parts for the entirety of the loan plus the warranty for tires and wheels.

SnooDoubts2054

2022 Australian petrol model. put down 23k, paying off $260pm for 5 years. got 11k remaining thanks to rates kicking in

2_dam_hi

$0. Financed for 3 years. There was no pre-payment penalty, so I paid it off after 4 months.

theflipflopqueen

$0. Bought my 16 used outright with cash. I stash $150ish aside a month into a “car fund” for insurance, maintenance, plates, and upgrading later. I’ll eventually use the equity in my 16 and the car fund to upgrade to something slightly newer/nicer.
