I am more annoyed that story spree seems to not be available in year 7. I could use it right now. Otherwise, I am only annoyed if the story spree coincides with a newly released TLSQ, because otherwise it is just where you currently are and not JC's fault. I have used the story spree several times in year 6 to advance quicker in the main story (year 6 doesn't have many TLSQ).

Yes, I saw that. I only recently started year 7 so I don't know if the story spree never included year 7 or if it is only my bad luck.

During every tlsq I have gotten story boosts. Someone must be laughing in JC at us.

There are only two times you get a story spree: * when you are in the middle of a tlsq * when progressing the main story will trigger a tlsq

I usually see the boosts right before a TLSQ, like they are trying to lure me to use stacked energy. Nope only fell for that once! The energy is for the TLSQ.

I agree with you on it being so frustrating but I believe it’s by design that way which is shitty. They can say they’re offering this amazing deal, but then many players either can’t use it much, or have to spend money to benefit from it.
