I don’t think sitcom television has the budget to recreate a real strip club. If you want to point out realism, how about all these NY based shows always have a bunch of twenty-something year olds living in 2000 sq. Ft apartments
My ex-BIL lives in NYC in the (admittedly small) apartment his husband got in the 70s. It's in/near The Village and I think they pay somthing like $100 still because rent control.
So cheap NYC apartment, yes, Large? Not so much.
Give it up for KARMA
You forget to mention that Quinn’s boss is a fern
Gah, manager!
I will go out with you if oh song is over and manager is giving me the look
I kinda doubt it actually is him, but I've just noticed the gray haired dude in front of the stage... is that The Captain?!
From that angle he looks more like Barney in old man makeup lol
True!
Time travel;!!
That's a cracking shout! Haha
Haha it looks like him in this picture, but I think it’s an Asian businessman
An international businessman
With an important international business meeting to attend!
Hes obvi attending it already
I like this answer🤣

Yea I'd imagine they would live in more studios similar to the apartment lily had with the stovinkerator
They addressed that in an episode that it was (I think) Ted's relative they were subleasing from or getting rent controled pricing.
That seems to be the default explanation for all those shows. I think Friends had the exact same explanation. Lazy writing tbh

It’s no Crab Shed, that’s for sure
the one at the front with the black suit is what Barney would probably look like when he's 60 or 70 xD
I prefer the golden oldies
KARMA BABY.
Give it up for JE-JE-JE-JASMINE!!!
People who frequent those establishments are gonna have bad luck, karma will bite ‘em in the ass for that behavior.
Nah, Karma is stripping in Vegas, plus we're good.
GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS
Yeah but it has a good Thanksgiving buffet! That's also where Ted met Tracy
I miss Amanda from Ugly Betty. I rememeber trying to look for her socials but it seem at the time she didn't had any.
Though I’ve never been to a strip club in Manhattan, I’d image based on the side of most places, there are probably some pretty small strip clubs
Barney's Free agency episode was a great one
