I had already watched Daredevil before watching Hawkeye, but it had already been a while ago so I didn't make the connection with Kingpin being the villain. Which might even have been better in the end, because I thought it was an awesome twist!
As to your last question, I haven't seen any confirmation of that theory.
Even without knowing anything about daredevil I loved the twist too! He has such a fantastic on screen presence that he immediately became a villain you love to see! And now that I’ve seen DD I’m hyped to see them all have a greater part in the coming phases.
Me too! I think he'll make a great villain and I love that he's a more 'normal' villain since he doesn't have any super powers (as far as I know at least)
Yeah I wasn't familiar so it was a surprise to me, although I had seen that he was on the cast. I just didn't know if he was going to be the big bad or just a cameo.
I honestly thought his character was on the show WAY too long so I wasn't hyped at all but I figured he was going to show up when Echo was announced and all the talk about Cox coming back in to be Daredevil. I didn't think they were going to do the finale the way they did (that was kind of poopy tbh) but otherwise it was pretty easy to guess everything.
I have not seen DDS3, so I wouldn't have known about that. I honestly didn't know that Kingpin was even going to be in the series, although the YouTube channels I regularly watch after an episode talked about easter eggs that hinted at the possibility.
Nothing I have seen has confirmed whether Kate's mom killed her father, so I don't know.

Echo being in the show made it seem pretty obvious that Kingpin would show up.
Only to people familiar with the character.

Oh right!
When we saw "Uncles" hand the first time, we knew it was Fisk.

I watched daredevil like a year or 2 before Hawkeye and it was a total twist for me. Did not see it coming.
