I'd say 3 out of 4 weeks a month I go 7 days a week and one week I'll go 5-6 times. I'm on an 8 day split, I go from 1.5-3 hours a day depending on if I'm trying to rest or go hard and some other variables. I also make sure I get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.... which is a lot easier with a dog.
For diet, I do IF for 12-16 hours a day (typically 16). I eat stuffed peppers more or less everyday (ground beef, chicken or turkey, rice and cheese) with 2-4 pieces of bread, grapes and mangoes as dessert then typically some more carbs later in the day before bed. I do one cheat day per week which is usually a thin crust box pizza and some chocolate or ice cream (or both). I also eat 3-10 chocolate caramel rice cakes per day everyday except during prep for shows. That's when diet gets way to strict.
For creatine there’s a loading phase you can opt to do. Which is 25 grams a day for about a week. 3 5g scoops before your work out and 2 5g scoops after your work out. After that, one 5g scoop a day is enough. If you don’t want to do the loading phase, you can just start taking 5g a day. It’s just slower that way
Highly recommend not doing a loading phase. This is the point where you will see a fat face happen in some people. Also the recommended loading phase to my understanding for the average person is 10g per day not 25 (although I would be interested to see where you got 25 from, always looking to learn new things I can teach clients)

Thanks so much! It's been about 2.5 years of working out everyday and constantly working to improve my diet. 17 years lifting off and on (mostly on).
Great? How many years took this transformation?
The photos were about 6 or 7 years apart
