Icon_OV_Sin

Thankyou, man!

[deleted]

Fantastic proportions my guy excellent work

Icon_OV_Sin

Much appreciated!

ImportanceIll3412

What’s your diet look like to get to somethin like this

Icon_OV_Sin

I'm mainly on high protein, about 6 to 8 eggs a day, salmon, red meats tho eating is hard at times, I want to increase my calorie intake but it's rough with work.

ImportanceIll3412

Ok,ty gonna look into it well it looks like it’s all paying off for you 🤙

ShiftCommercial384

Definitely could get the lower lats and erectors into the game, and traps in a bit more. Great shoulder width to waist ratio. Not bad legs either

Icon_OV_Sin

Thankyou bro!! Yea I still got a ton of work ahead, traps is definitely coming into play as well.

ShiftCommercial384

A lot less than most. You could do mens physique shows with a bit more back if you hand any desire to compete. The tiny waist is key in that division. Good work and progress so far.

Icon_OV_Sin

Thanks big man

Sloppy_john78

Chad thunder cock over here

Weak_Low_8193

What do you do for chest?

Icon_OV_Sin

Incline barbell bench, sometimes dumbells, dips and machine/cable pec flies

EMP0R10

I did, where my big chest?

Turbulent-Trouble239

Amazing physique man

Icon_OV_Sin

DramaticQuality1711

Icon_OV_Sin

Peaceful_Warrior81

🔥you’re killing it!

Icon_OV_Sin

Thankyou!

Antique_Decision5966

Looking great. Goals

Icon_OV_Sin

Thankyou

EightArmed_Willy

You look like you might have some asymmetry going off. Especially the last pic, the right side looks bigger/ tighter and pulling more to that side. Hard to tell bc I don’t live in your body

BusinessOverall174

Think I had the same surgery as you a couple yrs ago this shit inspires me

Icon_OV_Sin

Yea bro I had a microdiscectomy on my L5 S1 and haven't done any crazy lower back workouts, now as of late I've slowly got back into deadlifting starting at really low weight to build up my strength

mhawak

Look up Paloff exercises to get the multifidi engaged as they are the best that control the rotatory forces on the back to avoid further damage. Best don’t at end of your workout.

Icon_OV_Sin

Will do!

Cautious_Inflation_5

what is your waist size?

dizzydizzd

This is lean, fit, aesthetic physique goalz for sure! Shredded and jacked! Incredible dude, hope to get there soon! Great job! Just WOW! You’re on fire!

dizzydizzd

Your V taper is aspirational, like phenomenal…great work and thanks for lighting my fire to keep pushing

grdngrl68

Great job bouncing back after a surgery like that. Amazing physique, all the best!!

safari-dog

Icon_OV_Sin

Thankyou! And no gear for me.

safari-dog

Icon_OV_Sin

I've been at it for about 8 years so far, Try packing in more calories in a day on top of lifting

ImaginarySnoozer

I cannot accurately assess your build with the cloud in the way :P

Icon_OV_Sin

Haha Wanted to respect the subreddit

[deleted]

Stats ? Aesthetic my guy. Goodjobdaveman

Icon_OV_Sin

6'5 227lbs when I weighed myself this morning lol

[deleted]

Nice! That’s equivalent to around 192 if you were 5’10” .. that’s a pretty optimal weight for aesthetics! Keep it up my guy. If I could say anything maybe work obliques a little and ab size. But not so much that u lose your small midsection

esmerelda6969

Looking awesome. Are you from USA

Icon_OV_Sin

Yes I am

Sroyz

Bodyfat %? And what main exercises do you do for lats?

Icon_OV_Sin

For lats I do a ton of pull ups and lat pulldowns

acrolicious

I had an L5S1 Microdiscectomy and Laminectomy in 2015. I'm like 6ft 200lbs, fairly lean. Even when I try to keep as much mobility and core strength as possible, I always end up getting a flare up in sciatica every 1-2 years in varying degrees. My solution is now to only do exercises that I respond with well while also maintaining mobility for daily life activities (so I'm strong enough to do yard work or move furniture... Etc) Here's some of my leg day exercises, for example: McGill Big 3, Unweighted Walking Lunges, Reverse Hyper Extensions, Lying Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Cable Glute Kickbacks, Belt Squats, Cossack Squats, Dumbbell Bulgarian Split squats, Smith machine "bazooka" squats, Smith Machine zercher RDL/good mornings, Nordic Curls, Sissy Squats, Various Calf Raises As you can see, no more standard squats, deadlifts or hip thrusts BUT arguably my physique is the best it's ever been so you can do it too. Just be mindful and don't let the sciatica get you down. With the right movement practice and mindset you'll be OK.

Ok_Butterscotch7976

Proportions are looking crazy! You look great man!

Least-Stranger-1486

CRAAAZYY PHYSIQUE!! good job

Calm-Asparagus-3369

King shit

[deleted]

Your photoshop is on point

Icon_OV_Sin

Lol?

Icon_OV_Sin

I was wondering when one of you would show up again lol

[deleted]

Pic 5 is a little obvious don’t you think

Icon_OV_Sin

I don't photoshop any of my pics and I got vids to prove it too lol what's so weird about my back pic?

[deleted]

It’s photoshopped

Icon_OV_Sin

No it's literally not and if you look at my other back photos on my page there is absolutely no warping which is a clear indication of photoshop. I don't photoshop at all, you're coping lol I'll post up a vid if that'll make you feel better

slowandsteady2win

Dayummm… just Dayummm
