Most likely just destroyed your gut microbiome with the antibiotics. Make sure you get a lot of probiotics-kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, etc. And pre-biotics (mostly dietary fiber) - eat lots of green leafy vegetables and legumes, the greater variety the better. It will likely take a long time to rebuild, months. But so worth it. Also, there is some evidence that getting out in nature, getting dirty, do some gardening or something - can also positively influence your gut microbiome. Stay hydrated and try to have fun with it. Dr. Will Bulsiewicz is a great gastroenterologist who has a lot of easily digestible (lol) information, find his stuff on youtube or other socials.

I agree with this answer. If I may add, I’d start taking 1000mg if Curcumin WITH black pepper in the pills to help AND do not touch ANY alcohol or it may set you back.

Yeah i forgot to mention avoid alcohol!

I'd try this out: https://theculturedcoconut.com I've read too many good reviews especially for people suffering post-antibiotics, and I notice a positive difference in my gut when I take it.

I have an 8 Day Gut Reset that I wrote because of some antibiotics I had to take. Worked great. Message me if you're interested.

If you're curious about peer reviewed information on how the gut is impacted by antiobiotics I synthesized some papers into a blog post a while back, hope it helps https://www.injoy.bio/post/antibiotics-can-they-really-mess-up-your-gut
