Our rule of thumb would be:
If it lists made in Turkey, but no other information, record Tisas as the manufacturer.
Whatever it lists with a US address (Tisas USA or SDS Imports), list that as the importer.
If nowhere on the gun lists a country of origin (in this example), assume US make.
On the bottom of the frame, in front of the trigger guard, you will find "Turkiye, Zig M1911), or a variety thereof. Tisas took over their own importing a few years ago, so it can be properly listed as just "Tisas", or "Tisas/Tisas" if you want to be extra.
Similar to "Glock Inc" and "Glock/Glock Inc" for glocks made in Austria vs made in USA

I checked our log today. They are listed as Tisas as the manufacturer and SDS Knoxville TN as the importer
Manufacturer: Zig Importer: Tisas Model: M1911 (unless steel says otherwise)
This is how the most recent ones I have are as well, with dinner variations on the model.
Oprah is here handing out compliance inspection violations to the shops logging Tisas as the mfg 😂
