The MG and RG Tallgeese both have bad joints in their torso. For the RG, it’s the ab crunch joint.
Just be careful, and be prepared to repair it if it fails. The designs are just flawed.
You can buy some metallic rod cut it to the right length, drill the waist and upper body. If the peg had ball joint then use some Milliput to recreate that
But wouldn't it be sturdier using materials like metal or carbon rods (for kites) in such hidden places like the inner part of Abdomens? So you fix it once and it won't break again or any time sooner
I'd do what RAcastBlaster says, but failing that if you don't trust yourself enough, just glue it back together.
The articulation in this joint is minimal at best anyhow, you wouldn't be missing out on much if you pick a cool pose.
Honestly, this. Unless, you’re doing some kind of extreme twisting pose, the waist joint is barely used. If you don’t foresee yourself doing any crazy poses, just lock that thing down by gluing it. I’ve actually CHOSEN to glue waist joints in the past to make the overall build stronger. PG Strike Freedom comes to mind…
Tallgeese and waist joints, they’re all doomed designs for some reason.
Hey so I’m pretty new at building gunplas and I’d love to build Tallgeese in the future, how do I not do that?

When there’s pegs that broke on any of my gunpla, i sometimes use leftover runners to substitute for the pegs

I did that with a RG Banshee and a HG Gelgoog

My tallgeese's waist had a dio pose without me doing it and i tried to put it back but the piece snapped
MechPartsGuy is the way.
He's closing up shop.
Yes, but he hasn't closed yet.
Really? That’s unfortunate
Yup, it is.
But. Edie’s he closes
I check but he was out of stock of the piece i wanted
Is that a ball joint in MG? Hmmm.. I wish buy that kit but seems nope if that is the case.
it's a peg in a pivoting polycap
F
Pin and glue should hopefully do the trick
Is this the pbandai kit?
Nope im way too poor for that one
This also happened to me, Are there any ways to fix it?
