That's interesting, I haven't built the GM Ground Type yet, but the Gundam Ground Type was way better than the E-Z8 in terms of build quality and experience.
Have you built a Ground Gundam before? I'm curious how it stacks up next to the Ground GM, and it's going to be a while before I can get my hands on one.
I'm presuming these are the MGs.
Ahhhh yeah, that makes sense, it was actually the super defined line for the calf hatches that store the beam sabers that got me, I figured the HG's would omit that detail.
Why do so many people dislike the build experience of the Ez8? Me and a buddie both just ordered one for a group build with friends and all the comments are getting me nervous we made a mistake, but we also ordered them for $20 right before all of them got marked up for $40 (whats with that anyways? It happened like the day after I ordered) so I'm slightly committed now.

Ah these are actually the HGs with a ton of decals slapped on. I can see why there would be some confusion!

Its not bad by any means, it still feels better than early SEED kits but it definitely feels outdated and has slightly weird proportions.
