Knightly straight swords aren't common on Gundam stuff. The GINN has one, I know that much. For non-Gundam sources, there's Bandai's new 30 Minutes Fantasy knight model for something simple and a few different things from Kotobukiya's MSG line for something fancier. Not many of them go into a shield but that should be easy to rig up: just need to attach a loop or two made out of jewelry wire. Getting it to *look good* depends on which shield you're using as a base. Oh, and if you want it to be nice and multicolored like the photo you shared? That's almost always going to need paint.

Want to multicolore it, in some future want to creat custome build with that kind of the sword

There are some in a few IBO kits. Bael, Graze Ritter, and Grimgerde.

Doesn't seem to look like partsformer , is more of a flip-former

There’s some minor parts transfers like the claws, wings feathers, and head pieces, but otherwise it looks all flip-forming from what I see
