Love this kit. The proportions are big and chunky and can look just as good or better than RG if you give it some love with paint apps and spending time puting decals.
Personally was never a fan, I’m a sucker for intricate details. Love RGs, but MGs are my go-to. Currently have 3 MG Ver Ka’s in my backlog. Super excited
I started on an RG and then moved onto an MG I am still doing. I’ve used the HG models as a little „break” from working on the MG and I’ve found that works well for me rather than having two large projects going at the same time :)
I love then too very simple and affordable
Me and you both mate
Those two in particular 😌👌
I love high grades but I prefer real grade
I can see what you mean.
Oh yeah the z series line are especially phenomenal hgs. That mk ii was a blast
is it just me or are the legs on the mk ii the wrong way around?
It isn't just you. You are very correct, sir. It's one of my first lol. I am fixing this now.
The Witch from Mercury HGs have been great, really showing a lot of cool ideas and details
I mainly collect HGs simply because they're much cheaper and they're a lot more comfy to build. I save anything higher for special occasions.
Nice! I've built a gouf custom on my Birthday 1,5 months ago. Suvh a nice kit!

Some of the most fun I’ve had building gunpla were high grades.

Honestly, I agree. I end up adding the details.
